Madchen's Blog Post 2/6

Today we arrived in Nagisa High School. We were greeted by Mr. Hanvey, who lead us around the school and met the students in their classes. We arrived around noon, where we had a very delicious lunch. There were a variety of lunches (absent in McMahon), that were at a fairly good price for the quality. I ordered Beef Udon, and I was surprised at how well it was prepared and the taste of it too.

The design of the school exceeded a lot of my expectations. While retaining the traditional Japanese one-room classroom of about 40 desks, the set up of Nagisa was very modern and had a good use of their space. Being on man-made land, there was a display of buildings in construction in our view, but didn't obstruct the natural light that encompassed the halls of the school.
